We grew up here.  Our kids grew up here.  Morning runs on Ocean Avenue, afternoon surf sessions at the Pier, boardwalk pizza and ice-cream cones -- these are and always have been the staples of what it means to live at and love the Jersey Shore.  

 

Our vision was to create a stunning visual and architectural ode to a town that has rich historical roots as a year-round family-friendly community.  

 

We drew inspiration from some of the iconic surfside buildings of our youth, and combined it with modern beach home essentials: open concept living spaces, private balconies with views of the Atlantic Ocean and Barnegat Bay, and superior-quality finishes that create a stunning visual aesthetic throughout the entire building.

 

We are proud to call One Ocean Boulevard a part of the Seaside Heights community, and we look forward to having our homeowners enjoy it for generations to come.
