SEASIDE HEIGHTS

the best of all worlds

Nestled on a quiet corner bordering Seaside Heights and Seaside Park and one block from the ocean, One Ocean Boulevard offers the best of all worlds, all within walking distance: pristine ocean beaches, a variety of great restaurants, and good fun for kids and the young at heart, alike.  Having so much nearby means you'll be able to make the most out of your days and nights at the beach.  Just take a look at all you can do with the great resources nearby.

GREAT BEACHES

One block to the east, pristine ocean beaches await. Relax with friends under the warm summer sun, try your hand at surfing or stand-up paddleboarding, or simply dig into a good book while enjoying the sounds of the ocean. Along the beach, the 3-mile long boardwalk is a popular training spot for runners and cyclists.  Sunrise yoga classes are also offered in multiple spots along the beach.

For those looking for a more rustic adventure or hiking, nearby Island Beach State Park offers a further 7 miles of undeveloped beach and nature trails along the ocean and bay.

GREAT RESTAURANTS

After a day of healthy activity, you’ll have worked up an appetite. One block to the North, the Boulevard offers a variety of fun restaurants all within walking distance. PJ’s Place, which has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, serves gourmet seafood fare in a laid-back, BYOB setting. Free Range has a delicious farm-to-table menu and a lovely cafe - sure to please even a discerning foodie. Just a few doors north of us, don't miss Genevieve's, for perfectly composed, delicious dishes in an upscale setting. Or, also nearby, locals’ favorite Klee’s offers comfort food in a “Cheers”-like pub environment. Hemingway’s sports a fun multi-thematic venue with a sushi bar and late-night dancing. In the mood for BBQ? Chop Shop has you covered. Ryan’s Deli offers 24-hr summer service when you need a midnight snack. And of course, there is no shortage of New Jersey boardwalk-style pizza at Maruca's, Three Brothers, or The Sawmill.

EVENING FUN

After dinner, join the generations of families who have enjoyed the magic of a stroll along the Seaside Heights boardwalk, with its inviting lights, games, and rides, and treat yourself to the local saltwater taffy or the boardwalk classic funnel cake.

Or, take your family and friends to the beach for a bonfire, with s'mores and a singalong.

The town also hosts movie nights, concerts, and festivals like "Wine on the Beach" throughout the year.

YOUR YEAR-ROUND RETREAT

While Seaside is famous for summertime fun, locals know that the Fall and Spring can be the best time of the year on the Barrier Beach – when the warm weather and water meet with uncrowded beaches, and the crisp evening air is perfect for a beach bonfire or a home-cooked dinner and glass of wine on your private terrace. Even as the air gets crisper, the sun still graces the barrier beach with its pastel luminescence, and the boardwalk is a great place to go for a jog and see friends.  And views of the ocean, passing boats, and tranquil beach provide a refreshing retreat at any temperature. Plenty of restaurants such as Klee’s, Next Door Café, Ryan’s, and the Sawmill offer year-round dining options, and the town of Seaside hosts fun festivals around holidays such as St. Patrick’s Day and the Taste of the Boulevard.

EASY ACCESS FROM NYC AND PHILLY

One Ocean Blvd is conveniently located just ~1.5hrs from NYC and Philly by car. From NYC an express bus (the 137 or 319 lines) runs year-round from Port Authority to Toms River, which is a short taxi or uber ride from Seaside. During the summers there is also bus transportation that continues directly to Seaside Heights.
